In this workshop you will learn how to spiritually open up to your highest potential of pleasure in your body.
You will learn:
- How to set an intention how to get what you want from the workshop
- A powerful breathing technique that:
– deeply relaxes you
– disconnects from your critical mind
– connects your sex center with your heart - The art of touching
- The art of kissing
- How to understand your body responses
- How to communicate in a way that your partner is hearing you and pays attention to you.
Wear comfortable clothing so you can stretch and move freely.
Please also bring a notebook and something to hydrate.
